The prices relate to the instruments as illustrated. The decoration can often be simplified or omitted to reduce the price. Commissions for variants of the instruments above, or ones not listed, are welcome. We are happy to work with a musician or museum and cater to their requirements in an instrument.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% is required with an order. This is usually non-returnable. When the instrument is ready, an invoice is sent for the balance of payment. The instrument will be sent when full payment has been received.

Payment
UK customers can pay by cheque, cash, bank draft or transfer, postal order or VISA or Mastercard credit cards.

Overseas customers are requested to pay in Sterling, so that the full amount on the invoice is credited by one of the following methods:

• VISA or Mastercard credit cards. Please give your card number, the expiry date and the cardholder's name and address (if different from the one given when ordering).

• Bank transfer. Please email for details.

• Bank draft or money order if drawn on an English bank.

Carriage
Carriage is extra. Instruments in the UK are sent by carrier and arrive the following day. All overseas instruments are sent with United Parcels Service (UPS), DHL or, if requested, the Post Office Parcel Force. If they are without carrying cases, they are packed well in a plywood box to ensure they arrive undamaged. There is a charge for the plywood box and quotes will be given, before ordering, for the total carriage, packing and insurance costs.

Please Note
For instruments sent outside the EEC, English VAT is NOT charged, as it is zero-rated. Within the EEC, VAT is charged at the current English rate.
